1. Agreement Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern all website visits, account registration, inquiries, quotations, and orders made at www.bekahshop. By accessing, browsing or purchasing goods from our site, you confirm you have fully read, understood and unconditionally accept all clauses here together with our Privacy Policy.

If you disagree with any term, you must stop using this website immediately.

We supply LED illuminated bar decor, bottle displays, fog ice buckets, shot glass towers and custom branded bar props for retail consumers and wholesale business clients across EU, UK, USA, Canada and Australia.

2. Eligibility & User Conduct

  1. You must be at least 18 years old to register an account or place orders for adult bar and party decorative goods.
  2. You warrant all submitted information (name, shipping address, phone, payment details, company info for bulk buyers) is true, complete and accurate.
  3. Prohibited behaviors on this website:
  • Automated scraping, crawling, bot price tracking without our written permission
  • Fraudulent orders, stolen payment credentials, fake identity registration
  • Copying, editing, reproducing our product photos, molds, brand graphics for commercial resale
  • Posting false, malicious reviews or harassing customer service staff
  1. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently block your account for any violation of above rules.

3. Product Information & Custom Order Rules

  1. All product pictures, sizes, LED light colors and descriptions are for reference only. Minor color deviation caused by screen differences or light batch variation shall not be regarded as manufacturing defects.
  2. Personalized customized goods (custom logo printing, RGB light modification, bulk personalized orders) are excluded from the EU mandatory 14-day cooling-off withdrawal right under the Consumer Rights Directive. Once production starts, customized items cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
  3. Wholesale orders over 10 units require written quotation confirmation before production; lead time shall be clearly stated on the quotation document.
  4. We reserve the right to adjust product prices without prior notice; the price confirmed at checkout is the final payable amount for your order.

4. Payment Terms

  1. Supported payment methods: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, all fully PCI-DSS encrypted for secure checkout.
  2. Full payment must be completed before order production and shipment. We do not reserve inventory without successful payment.
  3. Discount rules: Only one promo code can be applied per single order; multiple discounts cannot be stacked.
  4. Cross-border transaction fees, bank handling charges, destination country import duties and customs taxes shall be borne solely by the buyer.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  1. Standard processing time: 3–7 business days for in-stock standard items; 7–15 business days for custom logo orders.
  2. International transit time varies by region: US/UK 7–18 working days, Mainland EU 10–25 working days, Canada/Australia 15–30 working days.
  3. You shall take full responsibility for submitting a correct shipping address. We take no liability for lost, misdelivered or returned packages due to incorrect address information provided by you.
  4. If tracking shows no delivery confirmation after 90 days of transit, contact us for replacement or full refund.
  5. Free shipping thresholds are displayed on site. If returned goods make your order fail to meet free shipping criteria, original outbound shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation (EU & US Compliant)

6.1 Retail Individual Customers

  1. EU/UK consumers hold the statutory 14-day cooling-off withdrawal right after receiving goods for unused, fully original packaged standard products, per EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. EU customers also enjoy a mandatory 2-year legal goods guarantee under the Sale of Goods Directive.
  2. All returns require a pre-approved RMA number requested via privacy@bekahshop before sending items back. Goods must be unused, intact, complete with all original accessories and packaging.
  3. We cover return shipping fees only if items arrive damaged, defective, or wrong items are delivered. For change-of-mind voluntary returns, buyer bears return shipping costs plus a 15% restocking handling fee.
  4. Custom personalized products, clearance sale items, goods with obvious user damage are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  5. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 working days after we receive and inspect returned goods.

6.2 B2B Wholesale Clients

Business wholesale buyers do not have automatic 14-day cooling-off withdrawal rights. Returns are only accepted for factory manufacturing defects within 7 calendar days after cargo receipt. All bulk orders are final sale once production is completed.

7. Limited Warranty

  1. All standard LED bar decorations come with a 12-month limited manufacturer warranty covering factory defects in circuits and LED light strips. EU customers retain statutory 2-year consumer guarantee rights as required by EU law.
  2. This warranty does NOT cover damage from improper installation, artificial scratches, water immersion, unauthorized disassembly, or rough handling after delivery.
  3. Warranty service only includes repair or replacement of defective parts; full monetary refunds will not be issued for man-made damage.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All website texts, product images, renderings, brand logos, and original mold designs (Eiffel Tower, Ace of Spades bar racks) are exclusive intellectual property of bekahshop.

No individual or enterprise may copy, modify, resell or commercially use our visual assets without our formal written licensing agreement. Unauthorized infringement will result in legal claims for compensation.

9. Limitation of Liability

  1. bekahshop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or commercial loss including lost venue revenue, delayed party events, or lost business profits caused by delivery delays.
  2. Our total maximum compensation liability for any single order shall not exceed the full payment amount of that order.
  3. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website operation, zero server bugs, or 100% stable third-party payment channel performance.

10. Data Privacy

Your personal data processing is fully governed by our independent Privacy Policy linked in the website footer. All data operations comply with EU GDPR, UK GDPR, California CCPA/CPRA and other U.S. state privacy laws. By placing orders, you consent to data collection rules stated in our Privacy Policy.

11. Policy Modification

We reserve full rights to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued browsing, inquiry submission or order placement after updates constitute full acceptance of revised clauses.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  1. EU/UK residents: Disputes are governed by consumer laws of your resident EU member state; you may submit disputes via the official EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
  2. US, Canada and non-EU customers: All disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes are governed by international cross-border e-commerce trade laws.
